Currently, the company oversees important projects such as La Quinta Torre (Torre Caleido, Madrid) or the World Cup stadium in Qatar 2022.

IMPLEMENTATION
After studying the needs of the team, it was proposed to install a Newline VN 65 “touch screen, with OPS and a 4K Logitech camera with integrated microphones and speakers.
The 4K panel with Optical Bonding technology facilitates meetings as it increases the angle of vision allowing meetings with more users than other screens without this technology, in addition, the antireflection treatment of the screen allows presentations in more bright rooms, as is the case of the Fenwick Iribarren’s meeting room.
To facilitate interactivity and collaboration with the members, both in person and remotely, the MONTAGE software was installed, which allows the immediate collaboration of up to six simultaneous devices
CHALLENGE
The team was looking for an effective and interactive solution that would allow them to make real-time collaborations, in order to connect both locally and remotely in their meeting area. Fenwick Iribarren is an international architecture studio and external communication is fundamental for the development of their business.
The company had a meeting room equipped with a monitor that prevented from the interaction of the collaborators with the content shown on the screen, with limitations such as low resolution, lack of interactivity and integration with the video conferencing system, etc.
SOLUTION
The Newline TT-6518VN screen has been installed in the main meeting room for effective meetings using the following tools: annotations with Windows Ink, Skype For business, Autocad, Room booking system integrated with the screen itself, sending annotations to through generic mail of the company, MONTAGE Collaboration Software, among others.
RESULTS
Now the meeting room is a workspace that integrates the collaboration and interactivity of all participants. Daily meetings, high-quality video conferences, presentations of Autocad or presentations to clients are carried out, which were previously done in a less fluid and habitual way.
