Newline Interactive and LetMeRepair are pleased to announce they are working together to give a complete repair service in Germany on the Newline touchscreen displays.
LetMeRepair is a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company focusing on supporting the complete ‘after sales cycles’ for the IT, office automation, consumer Electronics and telecommunication industries.
Newline started working with the Company in December 2017, and now the collaboration expands to Germany to give clients a complete service in that area.
This assistance will be Onsite, free and applied to all touchscreens during the warranty term. LetMeRepair and Newline will commit to solve the technical issues between 48 and 78 hours.
The common goal is to give the most efficient service while achieving the highest possible satisfaction levels among Newline’s customers.
